High above the clouds,
eyes scanning the view
of lush rich green
and boats so few.
As clouds parted,
I see a land
filled with steel trees
and thick grey breeze.
Through the chaos,
something was glimmering.
A clear blue river,
with light streaks shimmering.
Eyes begin to linger,
trailing the blue path,
catching the new scenes
of ice and sand.
As I go further,
my eyes were locked
to Nature’s most beautiful art.
The river had surround
a village on a hill
with a view so profound
till no one made a sound.
Such view was short-lived
when I could see
of variants of me,
some that love while others spite.
A sudden thought
of me changing overnight.
But wherever I go,
I’ll say no
unless she told me so.
