Hi, Monash Siders,
The Editors here!
Well, well, look where we are. It’s truly bittersweet to bid farewell as this marks our final issue. It has been an absolute pleasure being your go-to source for all the council updates. To be honest, there isn’t much to see here, just some final reports and heartfelt goodbyes.
I Promise You: One Last Waltz
Of course, MUSA 2024 couldn’t wrap up the year without one last bang! Here’s your final reminder for the social event of the year, the soirée of gods and goddesses, Monash Ball 2024. There’s nothing more to say, be there or be square!
A (Rather Thick) Closing Remark
As always, the editors can’t just say goodbye in an ordinary way. Before we head down different paths, we’ve prepared a parting gift for each and every student: The Mega Issue! Stay tuned for all the thrills and highlights of 2024, beautifully captured in one (rather thick) edition, the Monash Gazette.
Had the Time of Our Lives
Last but not least, from one office bearer to another, we want to express our deepest gratitude to our team.
To our dear Mr. President, Vice Presidents, and General Secretary, thank you for your unwavering guidance. To the other divisions and school representatives, give yourselves a pat on the back. You’ve created an unforgettable year packed with a lineup of event after event.
We truly had the time of our lives fighting dragons alongside all of you!
From the bottom of our hearts, we, the editors, are beyond grateful for the trust you placed in us to carry this enormous responsibility. Together, we’ve weathered countless ups and downs, debated over dirty dishes, left doors unlocked, and tackled many more mundane moments. But what’s a special bond without a dash of drama?
Once again, thank you for making this journey extraordinary. We genuinely had the time of our lives fighting dragons with you!
See you when I see you!
XOXO, Teresa Leodra!
