As I wake up to another morning,
the usual haze of pain, work and struggle
fills the mind.
As I walk to university,
the haze refuses to leave,
as I think of the work to grind.
Along the way,
all kinds of people
were walking past.
To my surprise,
I could see their own unique haze,
as some hurried fast to class.
Sonder.
An experience I had frequently,
as I knew everyone
from stranger to friends
are going through
the good and the bad
at every step they had.
I ponder
if I could absorb their haze
to leave only beautiful clouds of joy
so the world is a happier place
and to repay the friends,
who I hold a special place
in my heart.
