Sometimes, we tend to think and dwell about the choices we would’ve made, should’ve made, could’ve made.
Regrets may sink upon you, no matter how hard you try to brush them away.
There are just some things you wish to change, no matter how desperate you want to see the good in everything and remain optimistic. There were hard times in the past, but nonetheless you’ve made it so far, you’ve weathered it through by holding on.
And most importantly, you were always there for yourself, holding your own hand and pushing through with that little voice in your head.
MONGA 2021 wants to celebrate you for being who you are!
Write letters to the 15 year old version of you, or maybe you want to spare a few words of courage for the future version of yourself.

We’re going to practice self-appreciation, one step at a time.
